Barre class mixes elements of pilates, dance, yoga and functional training.
In each targeted workout, you'll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim, and stretch your entire body.

Come and dance to Latin and World Beats while burning calories. Geared to all levels, this super FUN class will make you smile and sweat.
A combination of cardio, muscle, and abs in a series of blocks to increase stamina, strength, and total body conditioning. Focus on carving out muscle using weights while torching fat with bursts of cardio.
*Power Sculpt focuses more heavily on the muscle blocks than the Cardio Sculpt class, which focuses more on the cardio blocks.
Similar to Power Sculpt, this class is a combination of cardio, muscle, and abs in a series of blocks to increase stamina, strength, and total body conditioning.

If you are in search for a workout that will enhance flexibility, strength, encourage stress relief and rehabilitate old injuries, then Contemporary Pilates is for you. Contemporary Pilates is based on the work of Mr. Joseph Pilates but has been modernized by adjusting the exercises to fit with modern research and has a heavy influence from physical therapy and biomechanics. Many exercises will allow variations, creativity from the instructor and at times the use of props.

KICK & TONE
Get ready for combinations of punches, kicks, blocks, and athletic drills to build your power and cardiovascular endurance.
Strength training may be incorporated at the end of the workout.
Come join this high energy cardio kickboxing class! Learn to punch and kick and keep your balance all while getting stress out in a very active and exciting class.
Each class will begin with a fun warm up, followed by calorie-burning workouts, and then focus on core and strength training. Intensity of the workout depends on each individual: Listen to your body, go at your own pace, be safe, and have fun.
From beginners to kicking addicts, all are welcome to this high energy and very fun class!
PURE MUSCLE TONE
This class is a total body workout, using a barbell and hand weights. It is designed to tone you with repetition.
Appropriate for men and women of all ages, you will watch your body transform and gain definition!
A gentle approach to mind-body orientation blending various styles of yoga to improve flexibility, strength, and breathing techniques. The posture sequence lengthens and stretches the muscles while building strength and lean muscle mass for a greater range of motion. Breath consciousness increases your power flow, balance, and strength while grounding you.
Yoga helps to heal the heart, free the mind, empower the breath, and reprogram the nervous system.
