Barre
Barre class mixes elements of pilates, dance, yoga and functional training.

In each targeted workout, you'll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim, and stretch your entire body.

Power Sculpt
A combination of cardio, muscle, and abs in a series of blocks to increase stamina, strength, and total body conditioning. Focus on carving out muscle using weights while torching fat with bursts of cardio.

*Power Sculpt focuses more heavily on the muscle blocks than the Cardio Sculpt class, which focuses more on the cardio blocks.
Cardio Sculpt
Similar to Power Sculpt, this class is a combination of cardio, muscle, and abs in a series of blocks to increase stamina, strength, and total body conditioning.

Pilates
Strengthen and lengthen your core, the "power house" of the body.

Pilates, Contemporary
If you are in search for a workout that will enhance flexibility, strength, encourage stress relief and rehabilitate old injuries, then Contemporary Pilates is for you. Contemporary Pilates is based on the work of Mr. Joseph Pilates but has been modernized by adjusting the exercises to fit with modern research and has a heavy influence from physical therapy and biomechanics. Many exercises will allow variations, creativity from the instructor and at times the use of props.
Pure Muscle Tone
This class is a total body workout, using a barbell and hand weights. It is designed to tone you with repetition.

Yoga
A gentle approach to mind-body orientation blending various styles of yoga to improve flexibility, strength, and breathing techniques. The posture sequence lengthens and stretches the muscles while building strength and lean muscle mass for a greater range of motion. Breath consciousness increases your power flow, balance, and strength while grounding you.
